NO SCHOOL FOR ME TOMORROW!!! I can't believe that FWISD already announced the closing of school for tmrw. That never happens! Hmmm....I wonder what I'm going to do on my day off...sleep in, go to the gym for a work out(I'm training to run a 10k for the Cowtown), maybe cook dinner. Mostly, I think that I'll just RELAX AND ENJOY IT!!!

Preteen WAVE Retreat
Friends and family,
Please begin praying for the Preteen WAVE Retreat. The Retreat is this Friday(23) and Saturday(24) at Mount Lebanon. Travis is taking around 26 boys and girls that are in grades 4th-6th. There will be 273 preteens, 18 churches, and 70 adults in attendance. This retreat is to teach our kiddos how to be disciples in Christ. Also, please pray for me as I will be teaching 3 breakout sessions: 1)What Does It Mean to Be a Disciple of Christ? 2)Understand the Spiritual Battle 3)Unwrapping Your Spiritual Gift or Gifts.
Please lift up the following in prayer:
For wisdom as a finalize the messages for WAVE Worship.
For David Gentiles our camp worship leader as he prays about how the Lord will lead him.
For the leadership who will be leading breakout throughout WAVE. For the filling of the Holy Spirit and for wisdom to discern the His leadership as they teach.
For the 10/40 Journey of Prayer that the Lord would touch all of our hearts with a passion to reach the world.
For the Saturday evening cross service as we call preteen to surrender their lives to God and His mission for their lives.
Please pray that we would have good weather for the weekend.
And most of all that the name of Jesus Christ would be glorified amongst us.
I can't wait to see what God has in store for this weekend!!! Thanks for your prayers!!!
